BCECE is an entrance exam conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for enrollment to Agriculture and Horticulture Science courses. The mode of entrance exam is pen-paper mode and the students who are interested in Agriculture courses then they will choose Agriculture and Physics/ Chemistry/Math/Biology for the test .There will be separate question papers for each subject and each paper will have 100 questions. Every correct answer will get +4 marks and incorrect answers would be -1 negative marks.Earlier BCECE used to conduct BCECE for Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy and Architecture courses but now BCECE Iis not conducting entrance exams for the above courses. BCECEB would be conducting counseling for Engineering and Architecture courses JEE Mains percentile and for Medical courses counseling is conducted on the basis of NEET scores.

- Aspirant should be a citizen of India
- Students should be a domicile of Bihar.

- The student must have appeared in the JEE MAIN 2022 exam.

BCECE Counseling 2022
To enroll in courses like agriculture, horticulture, engineering, medical. Students should go step by step to get enrollment in the institute according to your choice.
Step 1: Registration for BCECE Counseling
Students should register for BCECE 2022 counseling session by entering these details
- roll number
- Student name
- Date of birth
- Father’s name
Candidates then have to enter a password and after registration, enter details of your address, mobile number, and answer the security question. Security question would help you if you forget the details.
Step 2: Choice Filling
After registration, students who are eligible have to log in to account, and the these details will be seen on screen

- Provisional allotment letter
After filling and locking the choices preference-wise, students have to take a printout.
Step 3: Seat allotment
Students would be able to check the seat allotment in the online mode on the website.
- The seats will be allotted according to the candidate’s choices, the merit of the student and the availability of seats of the
- Officials will send a provisional allotment letter to the student who will contain all the counseling venues’ details. The student should take a printout.
Step 4: Handwriting Verification
During BCECE Counseling, the students who qualify for the exam have to undergo verification of handwriting.
- Authority will check whether the handwriting on the OMR sheet of the student matches with the student sample writing.
- After checking they will come to the conclusion whether students should be given a final seat allotment letter or not.
Step 5: Final Seat Allotment
Students have to log in to check if BCECE has been sent the final seat allotment letter. (The Allotment letter will contain the details of the allotted institute and details regarding the counseling venue where document verification will take place and students have to pay the tuition fees to confirm their admission.)
Step 6: Verification of Documents and Course Fee
As the final step of the BCECE counseling process, students must report to the allotted institute with all the required documents for verification.
