Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University began with the UPCET 2021 counselling registration from September 25, 2021. There are so many Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses offer by AKTU including Pharma, management, engineering and so on. It is a state-level entrance exam that is held for admission to various UG, PG, and Lateral Entry programs offered by AKTU, MMTU, and other State Universities. The Uttar Pradesh Common Entrance Test (UPCET) will be held as a computer-based test. The counselling of UPCET generally has three rounds in total where the qualified candidate can apply for the counseling process. Once the candidate has qualified the exam, the candidate has to register himself for the counselling process. While registration, a minimal fee along with all the relevant academics documents and identity proof needs to be submitted for verification. After verification of the documents, one can shortlist the options of colleges available. For the first round of counselling, students need to finalise the choice filling before 7 October 2021. The seat allotment process starts from very next day and one can check the details on the official website by using their roll number and password. Selected candidates have to freeze or float or take an online withdrawal if he is not satisfy with the given option. On the contrary, if the allotted seat needs to be frozen, candidates has to pay the fees in subject to fee confirmation. Candidates that have to freeze the seat have to report the given college physically between October 8 – October 10, 2021.
The timeline for the second and third rounds for online choice filling is 9 October – 12 October,2021, and 14 October – 16 October 2021 respectively. However, the given process will be the same. In the final round of counseling, candidate did not get a chance to float the seat and have an option to lock only.
