Eligibility Criteria
For the Undergraduate program such as BA (Media & Communication), BMC, BMM, BJMC & BA-JMC, BSc (Animation & Graphics), BSc (Media Technologies): The contenders must be having at least educational qualification of 10+2 or any other equivalent Education with at least aggregate of 50% for General Category and 45% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC category or should be taking part for the same in this latest year, 2022. Those who has completed three or four-year diploma, from a recognized university approved by AICTE having minimum of 50% aggregate marks can also apply for GMCET, 2022.

GMCET 2022 Application Form
Application form of GMCET, 2022 can be filled online by applicants by visiting its official website https://gmcet.org. Before filling the application form applicants must satisfy the given minimum eligibility criteria, those who will not qualify the eligibility criteria will not be able to fill application form. During application form filling applicants are required to give necessary and relevant information which should be valid otherwise student’s candidature will be cancelled.
Application Fee:
While filling up the application form students are required to pay application fee of INR to be able to take up the examination. The application fee which paid by students will be non-refundable. An applicant’s candidature will be confirmed only after the payment of the application fee is completed.
Steps to Register

- Afterwards provide all required and correct information to get registered.
- An auto-generated mail with Username & Password in it will be sent to student’s registered mail ID/Mobile Number.
- After logging in to website students will be asked to complete the application fee payment.
- Applicants can submit fee through Credit card/Debit Card/Net Banking or UPI as per their convenience.
- After this entire process student will receive summary of application form on student’s profile page and on student’s registered mail ID as well. Download the application form summary and save it for future use.
GMCET 2022 Syllabus
There is as such no specific syllabus released by Global Media Education Council (GMEC) for the preparation of GMCET, however according to the official website of GMCET the exam will comprise of four segments include English Language & IQ, General Knowledge of News & Current Affairs, Entertainment Media Knowledge and Brands & Brand Communication Basic Knowledge.
