The application form 2022 for phase 2 is now available online. Applicants are allowed to fill application form till 14th may, 2022. Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria can fill up and submit the GMCET 2022 application form. Applicants who are ineligible in the criteria will not be allowed for admission through Global Media Education Council (GMCET), 2022

How to Fill GMCET 2022 Application Form?
Following are the some basic steps to show how to fill out the application form for GMCET 2022:
Step-1: You need to pay a visit on official website which is https://www.aimcet.in/
Step-2: You need to register yourself by providing your personal contact detail which should be valid.
Step-3: One should have to mention about course, program S(he) looking for and ofcourse preferred University.
Step-4: After that click on submit.
Step-5: An automated e-mail will be generated containing Username as well as password will and will be sent to registered mail id and contact number of candidate.
Step-6: After this you need to log in to the official website using Username and password.
Step-7: At this step candidates can complete the application form filling by providing all necessary detail which should be valid and submit the application fee online through credit card/net banking or through UPI as per the convenience.
Step-8: Once the registration process is completed, applicants will receive summary of application form on the profile page of GMCET, 2022and registered mail id
Step-9: Students are advised to save the summary and take few print outs of it aso if you lose one you can use another copy and save it for future use.
Application Fee GMCET 2022
Candidates who are interested in appearing GMCET entrance examination need to fill application form providing valid and required information. Candidates need to submit application form and application fee on time. Candidates can pay application fee through credit card/ Debit card/Net Banking or UPI as per your convenience. Application fee will be non-refundable. The candidature of a candidate will only be successful and approved after authorities of committee have received the payment of application fee.
GMCET Admission Process 2022
Applicants who are seeking admission to undergrad media courses offered by different universities and institutes have to go through a process mentioned below:
Step 1: Appear for Personal Interview
As per the score of a candidate in the online test, they may be get a call for an interview process. Applicants who qualify all the phases of admission procedure can be a part of further counseling process.
Step 2: Appear for Counseling Process
Qualified applicants can approach for counseling process in the universities and institutes in which they are seeking to take admission. Thereafter, candidates need to clear the admission formalities and pay the course fee of that university.
Examination Centers
The GMCET 2022 entrance examination will be held in Online Mode. Candidates will be allotted with a fixed time slot to appear for the examination. Candidates are advice to reach examination hall at least 15 minutes before the starting of the examination. Applicants will get the information of allotted time slot a day before examination will be conducted on registered mail and contact number.
GMCET 2022 Syllabus
There is as such no specific detailed syllabus of GMCET entrance examination has been specified by the Global Media Education Council (GMEC), however if we talk about as per the official website of GMCET there will be four sections in the examination based on subjects such as
- English Language & IQ,
- Current Affairs & General Knowledge of News,
- Entertainment Media Knowledge and
- Brands & Brand Communication Basic Knowledge.
The nature of the questions will be objective. There will be some sort of questions which may also be related to the course an applicant is applying for. Applicants should start their preparation well in advance.
GMCET 2022 Exam Pattern
There will be 100 multiple choice questions in GMCET entrance examination and student will be given one to attempt those 100 questions, with only one correct answer. Applicants can score upto 100 marks in this exam because the exam will be of a total of 100 marks and assess the student’s ability in four sections, and with all multiple-choice questions.
