After the result declaration, qualified candidates can apply for the counselling process. The candidates will be required to carry all the important documents along with them at the time of UPCET Counselling and they need to be present at the designated location, otherwise, their seat will be taken up by the waiting list candidate. Shortlisted candidates for counselling would have to pay the registration fee to initiate the process which is non-refundable under any circumstance.
UPCET 2021 exam will be followed by Counselling process. The tentative Counselling schedule has been released by the Vice-Chancellor of AKTU Professor Vineet Kansal. However, candidates are informed that this Counselling Schedule for UPCET 2021 is only tentative and can change anytime. The registration has already been started on 25 September 2021 for the first round and last day of fee payment and document upload is 3 october 2021. The documents verification takes at least 24-48 hours. Candidate can shortlist their choices of colleges and universities till 6 october 2021. The seat allotment process starts on 7 Oct 2021 and one can freeze the seat by paying the payment as per the college guidelines. All the selected candidates have to physically be present in the college for the admission process. Physical reporting is mandatory and candidate can confirm their booking between 8 Oct 2021 to 10 Oct 2021.
Then the registration for the second and third round will begin followed by the same procedure mentioned as above. For details, please refer to the below table of important dates of UPCET admission:

In the final round for counselling no seats will be float or withdrawal or refund permitted for the admission. In case of non-reporting in the given college, the seat will be cancelled and can be offered to some other candidate. No refund can be initiated under any circumstances.
