National Institute of Technology (NITs) are engineering colleges in India providing admission to degree courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. 1. NIT Trichy
NIT Trichy is located in Tamil Nadu with the NIRF rank of 10th. It was established in 1964 jointly managed by the Government of Tamil Nadu and India. There are a variety of courses managed like mechanical engineering, production engineering, civil, architecture etc.
The goal is to offer undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in versatile and surface areas and to make a connected learning environment to provide a developing society.
2. NIT Rourkela
The next NIT is NIT Rourkela having a MEE NIRF ranking of 16. They offer programs in around 20 departments that are biotechnology, electrical, mechanical, industrial design etc.
Large hostel area is maintained by the university. Residents get rooms, either single or sharing with another student. The Institute is managing hostel facility for the candidates.
3. NIT Surathkal
NIT Surathkal is next in our list of top NITs of India. It is a public engineering institute founded in 1960. They have courses in the area of science, engineering, and management. A large number of students got placement at the top MNCs from this institute. National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal is situated in Mangalore City in Karnataka.
4. NIT Warangal
NIT Warangal was settled in 1959 by then Prime Minister of India, Pandit Nehru. They offer courses in around different departments. NIT Warangal, NIRF ranking is 26 and it’s one of the top NITs of India. Programs are offered in the domain of Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, etc. The Institute is known for its best faculty and the cut-throat yet healthy environment.
5. NIT Kurukshetra
NIT Kurukshetra was established in 1963 by the Central Government in consultation with the Planning Commission. In 2008 that the institution got declared for the Institute of National Importance. They offer a B.Tech programme in some 7 engineering specialisations and M.tech programme in 21 categories. This is a place for supreme quality learning and awarded faculty. The atmosphere here is best to study which motivates candidates to get their best.
