OFFLINE COUNSELLING PROCEDURE IPU CET : In the process of offline counseling Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University will release CET Offline Counseling scheduled for various courses. The schedule will be released with timing and according to that timing of offline counseling candidates will have to report at the institute. Information of venue of counseling procedure, list of institutions along with the intake in the respective programs will be released on the University’s Website. In the first round of counseling, candidates are called on rank/merit basis.
IPU CET Offline Counseling procedure requires
- A candidate to visit the venue of counseling in person.
- One should get the required documents verified.
- Candidates submit the fee and lock the seat.
Candidates need to submit counseling fee of INR 1000 which is non-refundable along with the required documents. IPU conducts Counseling in offline mode for specific programs only and for remaining courses you need to apply for IPU CET online conseling.

IPU CET Offline Counseling Procedure
In first round of counseling Candidates are for the counseling procedure if they clear the cutoff of CET. The step-wise process for IPU CET Counseling for 2021:
Step 1: One should apply for the counseling and need to report at counseling venue in person along with all needed documents. In the first round of IPU CET offline counseling procedure candidates are called on the basis of merit.
Step 2: Candidates required submitting fee of counseling and needing to collect the receipt from admission officer. If in any circumstances candidates appear after the fixed date of counseling or late for counseling in that case seat assignment will be performed on the basis of seat availability and also based on category to which one belongs.
Step 3: Candidates will lock the seat only after paying notified fee in full, there is no provision of installments for fee payment.
IPU CET 2021 Round 2 Offline Counseling
Conduction of second round of counseling will fully depend upon vacant seats created due to withdrawal in the first round of CET 2021 Offline Counseling:
- One must regularly keep visiting the official website to know updates about the second round of the counseling.
- Without paying any additional fee candidates who has appeared in first round o counseling already can appear for second round too.
- If any candidate takes admission in allotted institute then no change of seats is applicable.
- After the second round of counseling seat withdrawal procedure will not be applicable if any student in any case withdraws the allocated seat the fee will not be refunded.
- In the situation of left over seats after second round of counseling the final decision will be of Government of NCT Delhi.
