Document verification UPCET 2021

The result of UPCET 2021 has been declared on September 30, 2021. Following that, the counselling process takes place. The first step in UPCET 2021 counselling process is to complete the registration in the official website of UPCET. Most importantly, candidates need to upload relevant documents such as higher secondary school mark sheet, scorecard, Identity proof, etc. as mentioned in the notification on the portal. After filling in all details in the registration form, candidates have to pay UPSEE 2021 counselling fee in the online mode.

The most crucial part in the registration is document upload. Candidates need to upload all the mark sheet, certificates, domicile and so forth in the form. Here is a list of mandatory documents which have to prepared or scanned by the student before filling the form.

Documents required in UPSEE Counselling 2021 portal

  • JEE Main scorecard 2021
  • JEE Main admit card 2021
  • Class 10th and 12th passing certificate
  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheet
  • Domicile certificate
  • Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)
  • Character certificate
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Subcategory certificate for freedom fighters/armed forces/physically handicapped (if applicable)
  • Certificate of medical fitness/undertaking of medical fitness
  • Income certificate for economically weak candidates
  • GDDA category certificate (if applicable)

The process for document verification generally takes 24 hours but could be increased. After successful completion of document verification, candidates receive a message in their registered mobile number. In case of any discrepancy in documents uploaded in the form, the authorities will contact the candidates through a registered email ID/ phone number. Students generally have 1-2 days to submit the form along with the relevant documents.
