The choice filling is the most important step in the whole counselling process. The shortlist of colleges can define the future of students. Therefore it is always advisable to check all the options given to the applicants and make a shortlist of the best given the college status, courses available, and fee structure. This has to be investigated by the students in advance as while filling the application form, students do not have much time to research about the colleges and fill the choices. The registration for the second round for Undergraduate as well as post graduate courses will start on October 23, 2021.
Applicants who did not get a chance in the first round or are dissatisfied with the choices given can always wait for the second round. Some candidates from the first round also float their seats and explore for better options in the choice filling is given. The entire process is the same as the first round.
- Log in to the GGSIPU portal – admissions.nic.in
- Create login and password
- Fill in all the personal and academics details
- Upload the supporting documents
- IF belong to any reserved or low-income category, one needs to share the proof of that too.
- Pay the registration fee.
Once the fee is paid only then does a student gets a chance to fill up the choices as per their qualifying marks of the IPU Common Entrance Test. The last date of choice filling October 26, 2021, at 11.50 pm. Students are advised to check the website regularly for any updates or modifications. The candidate can always make changes in the choice filling after the first round counselling result declaration.
