Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, formerly Indraprastha University is a state government university located in Delhi, Dwarka. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts IPU CET exam every year so that students can apply to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in colleges that are affiliated to GGSIPU. Full form of IPU CET is (Indraprastha University common entrance test ). Students join engineering, law, administration, computer application, journalism, mass communication, management, nursing, medical and many more fields.
Earlier the IPU CET exam was conducted offline at examination centres. This year the exam was conducted online because of a pandemic and it was a computer-based test. The IPU CET 2021 entrance exam will be conducted in computer-based mode. Recently students have appeared for the IPU CET exam in august and September. The entrance examination of IPU CET 2021 is conducted for candidates seeking admissions into various UG and PG programmes which are offered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
The examination is conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University every year. The exam is conducted once in a year so that students can join colleges that are affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The exam is conducted in English only. Students can register online on IPU website and fill the application form and pay the application fee, which is 1200. Mode of payment is online. After the student appears for an exam and gets the result, the student gets enrolled in a college through online counselling or offline counselling according to the choice of the student.
