Roads in Greater Noida

Greater Noida is a planned city located in Gautam Budh Nagar, state of Uttar Pradesh and known to be the best-connected city. Greater Noida is located within the National Capital Region of India’s capital – New Delhi and is adjacent to Noida, one of the largest industrial townships in Asia. Some of the well-connected roads of Greater noida are:

1. Noida–Greater Noida Expressway

This is most famous six-lane highway connecting Noida, Uttar Pradesh, an industrial suburb of Delhi to Greater Noida. This expressway is under expansion to Taj Economic Zone, International Airport and Aviation Hub proposed to be constructed along the Yamuna Expressway (Taj Expressway). The expressway is 24.53 km (15.24 mi) long, built at a cost of ₹400 Crore to relieve the old Delhi-Agra national highway (NH-2) which was already congested and ran through the heart of cities like Faridabad, Ballabhgarh and Palwal. This 24.5 km long (15.2 mi) corridor has attracted real estate Noida Extension investors and buyers with its good infrastructure facilities and connectivity to the other regions of NCR.

2. Yamuna Expressway

This is recently expandable to eight lanes ) and 165.5 km long access-controlled expressway, connecting Pari Chowk in Greater Noida with Kuberpur on NH-2 in Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is presently India’s 3rd longest expressway since February 2017. This expressway has concrete in design with seven interchanges. CCTV cameras are installed every 5 km (3.1 mi) along the expressway for safety and accident assistance; mobile radars to monitor compliance with minimum and maximum speed limits; and one highway patrol every 25 km (16 mi). The Expressway is expected to be used by over 100,000 vehicles every day, and reduce travel times between Greater Noida and Agra from 4 hours to 1 hour 40 minutes.

3. Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE)

The Eastern Peripheral Expressway is also known as Kundli–Ghaziabad–Palwal Expressway (KGP Expressway) is a 135 km (84 mi) long, 6-lane wide expressway passing through the states of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh in India. The expressway starts from the Western Peripheral Expressway at Kundli, Sonipat, passing through Baghpat, Ghaziabad and Noida districts in UP and Faridabad district in Haryana before rejoining the Western Peripheral Expressway near Dholagarh, Palwal. Eastern Peripheral Expressway along with Western Peripheral Expressway completes the largest Ring Road around Delhi.

4. Surajpur Kasna Road and Dadri Road

These are the one of the vital roads of Greater Noida city with 58 residential and 7 commercial projects in Surajpur kasna Rd and 69 residential and 6 commercial projects in Dadri Road. These roads showcase a variety of real estate developments along the way. The enormous stretches of land around this road are continuously seeing growth in the realty that dots the landscape.
