GGSIPU B.COM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University every year conducts an entrance exam for B.com referred as IPU Common Entrance Test (IUCET) through which aspirants take admission in desired institutions in different programs. After clearing the IPU CET for B.com candidates can choose college according to their rank. Before filling the form of Common entrance Test for B.com students should go through the GGSIPU B.com Eligibility Criteria carefully to check whether they are eligible or not. Once reading all the necessary requirements students can apply for IPUCET. IPU has reserved intake of 85% for Delhi region candidates, and remaining 15% seats are for candidates belonging outside Delhi region. GGSIPU B.com Eligibility Criteria is mentioned below-

Nationality Criteria:-

Aspirants who are applying for B.com must be citizens of India. Admission through IPU CET , the IP University also reserve seats for special category students, such as Kashmiri Migrants, Person with Disability and students willing to seek admission under Management Quota.

Domicile Criteria:-

  • Candidates applying fo B.com should be resident of Delhi-NCR
  • For the candidates belonging outside Delhi there Is special reservation

Age Criteria:-

  • Age of the applicants should not be beyond 35 years as on the date.
  • Aspirants belonging to the reservation category ( ST/SC/OBC) are given a relaxation of 2 years on defined maximum age.

Qualification Required:-

  • Candidates should have passed 10+2 class from CBSE or from any equivalent board with minimum 50% aggregate. One language and 4 elective subjects are compulsory.

Seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of their rank through the counseling process. IPU counseling will be conducted in both online as well as offline modes and in various rounds as per the availability of seats.
