Online Registration Process IPU CET 2021

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, formerly Indraprastha University  is a state government university located in Delhi, Dwarka. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts IPU CET exam every year so that students can apply to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in colleges which are affiliated to GGSIPU. Full form of IPU CET is (Indraprastha University common entrance test ). Students join engineering, law, administration, computer application, journalism, mass communication, management, nursing , medical and many more fields. There are 120 colleges affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University of New Delhi. Out of 120 colleges, 35 colleges are government institutes affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. The remaining 85 colleges are self financed institutes affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The colleges which are affiliated to IPU offer multiple undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses in multiple fields like engineering, management, nursing, medical, finance and many more.

Online Registration process for IPU Counselling for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. First step is paying INR 1000 as counselling participation fee. To do so the student has to visit the official website and click on the link and pay a participation fee which is non-refundable. Students have to enter IPU CET roll number, date of birth and phone number. Then select the mode through which the student will pay the fee, it would be online transfer or cash. When the payment is done, students need to take print out of the fee confirmation receipt.

Second step is registration, where students fill personal details, education details and contact details. After completion of the registration process, students should note the login if and password as it will be used till the admission is done. Students need to get print out of the registration form for future use.

Third step is choice filling, students need to enter university and college preferences and students enter maximum number of choices so that student is allotted a seat.

Step 4 is Seat Allotment Result. Students need to check the status of seat allotment in their accounts through login id and password.If students have been allotted a seat then the student should check provisional admission letter and take a print out. After the students are allotted a seat, they need to pay INR 40,000 as part of the academic fee. If the student does not pay an academic fee, then they can’t claim the seat allotted.
