About JEE Exam
The former name of JEE examination is AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination). The test is computer-based and is conducted in whole India for students looking for admission to various undergrad technical programs in engineering, architecture, and planning. Administration of this test is under National Testing Agency. IITs and NITs (Indian Institutes of Technology and National Institutes of Technology) provide the opportunity to students to get admitted in their B.Tech and B.Arch programs based on the JEE-Main score. However, the test was carried out four times in the year 2022, encompassing the months of February to September.
JEE Main 2022 (Postponed)
The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Bombay has postponed the JEE Advanced 2022 test. The IIT JEE entrance exam, which was confirmed to be scheduled on July 3, 2022, will instead be conducted on August 28, 2022. On the IIT JEE official website which is jeeadv.ac.in, applicants may find the latest updated exam date and other information .There will be two examinations in JEE advanced test i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2.The papers will be held in two sittings Paper 1 sitting will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and Paper 2 sitting will be held between 14:30pm and 17:30pm IST. The start date of registration process will be August 7, 2022, and the last date for fee payment is August 11, 2022. From, the admit card will be released from August 23 through August 28, 2022, candidates can download their admit cards from official website. The preliminary answer key will be posted on September 3, 2022, and the final answer key will be disclosed online on September 11, 2022. Result of the JEE advances 2022 will be announced on September 11, 2022.

JEE Advanced 2022: Eligibility criteria
Applicants must fall among the top 2, 50,000 candidates in the JEE (Main) exam, 2022 for B.E./B.Tech. Course (all categories combined). The following mentioned are the percentages of applicants shortlisted in each category –

There is no age limit on applicants of the JEE (Main) – 2022 examination older than 18. Individuals who have passed or appeared in class 12 or equivalent exams in 2020, 2021, or 2022 may appear in the JEE (Main) – 2022 examination, nevertheless of age. Candidates who do not fulfill the minimum age requirement may have to clear the individual institute’s requirements they are applying to.
