- Candidate who wants to appear in IUCET for BCA program will be able to fill the IPU CET 2021 application formin online mode.
- At the time of form filling candidates will be able to see two forms out of which one for the personal/general information and second one for the course and payment related details.
- Before hitting to the selection of course and payment section on the second form. Candidates have to fill IPU CET 2021 application form with their general information.
- Candidates must know that they have to upload their signature and left hand thumb impression along with scanned passport sized colour photograph,.
- Once candidate will submit the form, he/she will not be able to edit/correct/delete the mistakes in the application form.
- Do not forget to take the printout of final submitted application form and candidates need to keep it till the admission process in any college gets over.
How to fill GGSIPU CET BCA Application Form 2021
Follow the steps and instructions carefully while applying for GGSIPU CET BCA 2021
Step 1-Visit GGSIPU CET BCA 2021 official website and hit on “Go to application” tab you will find
- Name of candidate (In CAPITAL LETTERS)
- Date of birth
- Gender selection
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
- Category selection
- Nationality
- Candidates need to check whether they are eligible for army quota or not
- Punch Aadhaar card number
- Mention about physically handicapped or not
- Candidates Need to enter name of state from where they have completed their qualifying exam
- Select whether they belong to defence category or not
- Identification mark (if any)
- Check candidates is a migrant or Jammu and Kashmir or not
Step 2 – Enter contact details and login
Now candidates will have to provide a valid and in use email ID and contact details. Candidates can Re-login by using the same application no. and password. Enter the following mentioned contact information
- Active Mobile number
- Valid Email address
Step 3 – Perform further Registration by providing eligibility details, Personal and qualifying details
- Candidates will have to fill academic qualification details i.e. Board/ University/ Institution name and Roll number for class 10th and 12th.
Step 4 – Upload relevant documents (photo/ signature) and submit the application form
- Candidates must know that they have to upload their signature and left hand thumb impression along with scanned passport sized color photograph, after uploading all the needed documents, click on “Save and Next” tab.
- If one wants to check whether all the entered details are correct or not click on “Preview” tab. At any point of discrepancy, the same can be edited before final submission.
- Once candidate will submit the form, he/she will not be able to edit/correct/delete the mistakes in the application form.
- Now candidates will have to give their consent to the declaration of all the given details are correct and click on the ‘OK’ button.
Step 5 – Creation of Login credentials such as ID and Password
- After clicking on the “OK” button, applicant will be redirected to a new page consisting Login ID and Password. Candidates should pen down the generated ID and password for future reference.
Step 6 – Application Fee Payment of GGSIPU CET BCA
- Candidates who are appearing for GGSIPU CET BCA 2021 have to pay the application fee candidates should note down the transaction ID and keep it safe for future reference.
- Now candidates (except those who are exempted from application fee) will be redirected to Online Payment Gateway where they need to click on “Make Online Payment” option to pay the application fee.
Step 7 – Take a print out of the GGSIPU CET BCA application form
Note: Candidates who are applying for more than one program, they have to pay the application fee separately for each. Candidates are advised to not to register for more than one course at once.
Documents required while filling application form:
- 10th documents like marksheet / certificate
- Category certificate (if required)
- Disability certificate (in case of PwD)
- Mail ID & phone number should be valid
- Scanned coy of photograph & signature of specified dimensions
- Candidate should be careful about ink colour like blue or black
- Credit card, debit card or net banking details for payment.
